In the 1921 Italian almanac, Il Tabacco, was an article under the heading "Sigaromanzia" illustrating 12 positions of the hand holding a cigar with the descriptions of the corresponding psychological characteristics of the smoker.
Recently, a team of experts performed an experiment similar to that of the Italian psychologists and found nearly identical results. It just goes to show that one gives away quite a bit without ever saying a word.
This piece is a modern adaptation of that work.
